Our service oriented nature caters to clients’ specific requests quickly, allowing us to put a personal touch on everything we do. Our clients appreciate that we’re always available so we can take care of any issues or concerns right away.
As a standard, we offer the general services expected of a property services company, including regular insurance inspections, seasonal maintenance, yard work, cleaning, arrival & departure services, but our concierge services extend far beyond that. As an example, we do project management for renovations and pool projects, pack up and move your home if you are relocating within the area, arrange trades from our select list of contractors so you don’t have to search for a contractor at a time of emergency, valet your vehicle to airport, and the list goes on. Many of our clients have lakefront properties where we prepare their docks for the season, get their boats out of dry storage onto their lifts to ensure that they can head out on the water for immediate R&R.
Your downtime is well deserved and precious, and we certainly understand that. While you’re away from your Okanagan home, and before you arrive back home after your winter away, we manage all your home needs to ensure it is safe, secure, and ‘home’ when you return.
