Arrival
- Home is freshened up or cleaned
- Groceries purchased & put away in fridge/pantry
- Heat/AC conditioning set to desired temperature
- Meet family members at the house if they do not have key/codes to gain access
- Hot Tub turned up; water heater/circulation pump turned on
- Flower arrangements and/or wine basket
- Meal prepared and waiting on arrival
- Snow removal, if required
- Patio and deck furniture set up
- Vehicle waiting at the airport
Departure
- House cleaning, beds stripped, towels & bedding laundered and beds reset
- Doors and windows secured
- Hot water tank/main water valve turned off (if requested)
- Check and balance chemicals in hot tub
- Remove all perishables from the fridge; garbage & recycling set out
- Heat/AC turned down or off
- Vehicle picked up from the airport, refueled, washed, and parked back in the garage
