Most of our clients have a standard seasonal list and then we receive emails for any additional services, as they arise. We have open communication with all our clients and they know we are ‘on it’ as soon as the request comes through. We can’t list all of our services, but here are some common concierge services:
- Garden & lawn maintenance, pruning, weeding
- Service irrigation systems – blow out/start up/repair
- Arrange for carpet/drapery cleaning/window washing
- Pressure wash decks, driveways, and docks
- Eavestroughs are cleaned, moss removed off concrete
- Boat/Seadoo valet service from dry storage to boat lift
- Maintain hot tub & balance chemicals on weekly service
- Ensure boat and water toys all have batteries charged and are ready to operate
- Contract contractors for walkway/patio/driveway sealing
