We have a wealth of knowledge in construction materials including heating/electrical/plumbing systems, and an ability to analyze security, surveillance, and fire protection systems to ensure effective operation and risk protection.

We are well versed on the challenges of contracting quality trades people as they have owned and built multiple homes. Over the years, We have worked with a wide variety of home owners, building contractors, property managers, and insurance providers. She is an effective communicator who displays strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with intelligent people of high wealth and expectations. We are self-motivated and  personable professionals with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize and work under pressure when faced with multiple high priority tasks.

On a personal note, We have built multiple homes on Kalamalka and Okanagan Lake and have owned lakefront property, now residing on an Acreage in the BX area.
